            I was born Anna Gail Culbertson on February 15th, 2002.  My mother and father had trouble deciding on a name to give me due to the fact that my parents could not agree.  Going back between Caroline and Anna, they ultimately decided on Anna.  My first name has no origin to either side of my family, and my parents purposely decided that because they knew my middle name was going to hold that position.             My middle name holds a very significant place in my heart.  On my fathers side of the family, we have lost many loved ones from cancer.  I never received the chance to meet my grandmother, grandfather, and my Aunt Gail.  They all passed when my father was fairly young, so my parents have tried to preserve their legacy in our family names.  When my father was two, his sister passed away at the age of 14 from luekemia.  He decided the best way to honor her was to allow...

After this weeks midterm elections, many people were left happy, and others were feeling confused.  We have people in the United States who fear for the future of this country, they fear we are going in the wrong direction.  Others feel as if we couldn’t be doing better.  However, there is one thing to never question; that is the fact that we should be able to say whatever we want without fear of consequences.  Recently, companies have been called into light for “ Shadow Banning”. Rihanna Pulls out of Super Bowl Halftime Show in Support of Colin Kaepernick

Controversy On Brett Kanaugh

How Kavanaugh Nomination is Making Waves among the Younger Generation Many have been following the recent controversy over Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination by Donald Trump to a position on the Supreme Court.  Kavanaugh was nominated for the Supreme Court on July 9th, 2018.  Kavanaugh appeared in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 4th, 2018.  Less than two weeks later, Doctor Christine Blasey Ford came forward with allegations of sexual assault by Kavanaugh in the summer of 1982.
